Who Can See Your Data
seventytwo uses Realm database to store data on the device and Realm Cloud to backup data to the cloud and synchronize data between devices. Realm uses TLS/SSL and AES-256 encryption to keep data safe and secure. seventytwo has access to the data you save utilizing Realm's Admin dashboard. Under no circumstances will seventytwo view your financial data unless directed by you, the account owner. You are able to edit your data within seventytwo so there shouldn’t be a need for seventytwo to ever access your data. If you wish to completely delete your account, send an email to support@seventytwoapp.com. You must send an email from the email registered with seventytwo.
Authentication - Email, First, and Last name
seventwo utilizes Firebase for authentication. During authentication, Firebase logs your email address, your password, and your IP addresses. Firebase Authentication keeps logged IP addresses for a few weeks. It retains other authentication information until the Firebase customer initiates deletion of the associated user, after which data is removed from live and backup systems within 180 days. Your email address is only used for sign-in purposes. You will not receive emails unless in a direct response to a support issue or inquiry. All major bugs, cloud down time, etc will be reported via seventytwo's social media.
